Meet Ayushi — Founder, Lead Yoga Instructor & Wellness Coach

Her journey into yoga began in childhood but became her calling while working in the IT industry. Feeling disconnected and stressed, she turned back to yoga — and it changed everything. Through asanas, pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy, she discovered a path to balance and self-awareness.

Having spent years as a Karma Yogi (volunteer) at a spiritual organization, Ayushi believes in giving back.
